What we like about this house

Location:  Set within the Luberon “Golden Triangle” and on the doorstep of Menerbes, the property is an ideal base to explore all that the region has to offer.

Situation: In a very quiet area but 2 min walk from the village centre, ideal for a family wishing to move in with children. The school is a 5 minute walk away, and a bus takes the children from the village to the high school 10 minutes away.

Rental Income:  Has been successfully run as a seasonal rental during the summer months.

Exit 25 of the A7 autoroute is 18 minutes’ drive.
